Bio/History

45 North Land Surveying, LLC. is a land surveying company established in 2022.  As a small company I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to my individual clients.
During the 35 years that I have been in the land surveying industry I have the opportunity to address many aspects of land surveying.  That experience ranges from field technician, drafter, owner/partner, and now, sole proprietor.

My extensive experience in land surveying includes but is not limited to boundary surveys, boundary survey evaluation/interpretation (boundary issues), existing conditions surveys for additions/teardowns, ALTA (Land Title Surveys),  subdivision platting and land surveying consulting.
